First id like to say Indy in the finance department is wonderful to deal with. She is always happy to help in anyway she can. I traded in my 2015 scion frs for a 2019 Nissan 370z. Love the car but not happy with how they handled the situation. When I picked up the car the keyless entry didn’t work. We all thought a dead battery in the fob would be the fix. Wrong. They sent me over to Sherwood Nissan to get them to fix it and that Sherwood Honda would front the bill. After I received the final bill with was 716$ they told me they were only going to pay 400. When I spoke to the sales manager about the situation it seemed like he didn’t car cuz I was still able to drive the car with removing the key and inserting it into the door the unlock the car and insert to fob into the fobussy, his words “ I don’t see the big problem you can still get into the car and drive it right “. On the bill of sale states “ keyless entry “. I would like the remaining amount as it put myself into a situation with my family having to borrow money. When I drove the car away I had 76km to empty. Had to immediately go get gas. The next day my window washer fluid was also empty. Do they even care about customer service. With my experience I don’t think they care at all. They just want to take the car and shut up, it seems like.

I purchased my vehicle from this dealership almost 6 years ago, at the same time I purchased the oil changes package. I was very happy with the services for the first few years that I’d bring my vehicle in for oil changes. However, in the past year, I have noticed a couple things that have been quite bothersome. First, the care and attention given in services has declined. In May, I brought my car in for an oil change and when I went to drive it out of the lot I noticed they had broken my shift knob. The service department was closed when I picked my car up, so I called them the next day when they opened. They had me bring my car in to look at and said they would “goodwill” the part and order me a new shift knob, which was great and I was happy about. However, this brings me to my second point, their communication has really declined in the past year. Following this conversation, I did not hear back about the part. So, I gave it a few months and decided to call them to follow up. They said they never ordered the part and had just changed systems (which caused them to lose some work orders), so while I was on the phone, they apparently ordered the part for me. Fast forward to December, I follow up again and again I am told they didn’t order the part and changed systems so can’t look up information from my prior follow up call. Now, they need to reconfirm that they can even “goodwill” the part. It is incredibly frustrating and I feel as though this issue has just been passed around in hopes I’d forget about it.
