I have owned Hondas for over 25 years and my preferred dealership since they opened in Sherwood Park is Sherwood Honda. I just had winter tires swapped out, and a wheel alignment, and was back on the road in no time. From Vehicle Reception, to check in and consultation with the amazing Melissa (who has an encyclopedic knowledge of Hondas) to Binh (Parts), and to Christine at checkout/cashier, the experience ALWAYS meets and exceeds expectations. I just had winter tires swapped out, and a wheel alignment. I was back on the road in no time. Sherwood Honda's pricing is very transparent and competitive - you always get exactly what you pay for. "Sukhwinder Singh (Sukhi) is one of the best pre-owned car seller. This is not a good dealership. I Own a Honda CR-V and within two months of driving that car, I noticed that under the car liquid was gushing out. So i simply called my local Honda here in edmonton and not in sherwood, explaining this issue and luckily they could take the car in and check it out. On the way to Honda, my car completely shut down on the HIGHWAY. The car got towed and was taken to Honda for further inspection before it was transferred to Sherwood Honda in September. Since then they have given me a rental car but are giving me barely any information about my car. Outrageous.

Best place to buy a new or in my experience a used car, exceptional service from sales associate AB, and sales manager Hoang. Needed work done to my car few months after buying it, and it was seamlessly done, nicest folks in a dealership I've seen!

Tried to get me to authorize $180 charge on my full warranty bumber to bumber vehicle.When i mentioned it still has full coverage all i got was a shrug and no reply.Too many negative experiences with this dealership to reccomend.
