I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Sherwood Honda. I recently purchased a brand-new car from them, only to discover it had a recall issue. Despite multiple attempts to get it fixed, the service team has failed to fix it. This is unacceptable, especially for a brand-new vehicle. A recall should be handled promptly and professionally, but instead, I’ve been met with delays and excuses. It’s frustrating to see such a lack of accountability and customer care from a dealership I trusted when making such a significant purchase. I expected much better service, especially when it comes to safety-related issues like recalls. Sherwood Honda needs to take their customers and their concerns more seriously. I wouldn’t recommend them based on my experience.

The best experience I have ever had with sales rep Zeke. He was very helpful since we stepped into the store and being very honest on all the details of the deal and the vehicle. We had gone through many bad experiences with sales rep from other stores, most of them were being very pushy (push you to the edge and keep asking you to put down deposit… sometimes could be sneaky too…) but Zeke never put pressure and tried his best to fight for the best deal for us, highly recommend this guy for anyone looking for Honda!!!!!!

Shout out to Richie at Sherwood Honda! We had probably been stopping by for over a year now to look at a new Honda and he was always friendly, helpful and accommodating regarding test drives. Finally we decided on a new car! Thanks, Richie for your help with our purchase-we appreciate it. Would recommend you to a friend🙂

I’d like to thank manager Darren for not returning my calls, ignoring his customer in need , saying my transmission was done for. Quoted me 10,000 for a used transmission and never heard from him again. I’m still waiting. This is a a great thank you to BRADS TRANSMISSION in Sherwood park for fixing my transmission issue. Only cost me 1200$ no need for a new or old transmission. It’s been 4 months now and transmission sounds like new again. Want service from the heart he is your man.

I purchased my 2014 Honda Civic from Sherwood Park Honda, salesman was great, service manager was awesome. He had to come to where I lived in the fort to give me a boost, or I became unsatisfied was when it went in for Noyle change and it turned out to be a $300 maintenance service inspection, I was given a list of things that were needed to be replaced, one item was red flagged. That was my air filter, which should’ve been changed at the same time. My oil was being done at, they did not reach out to see if I wanted them to do this. I’ve had an issue with my battery my car not starting I was asked did you call AMA? Did you have somebody try and boost you, the temperature is -6 and I should not have an issue with my battery, it should’ve been serviced or replaced before that vehicle left the lot back in February. Just not happy with the service that I got regarding my vehicle not starting because of a battery issue.
