I booked a brand new honda civic 2025 , i got to hear that my car arrived in one week . But due to my family issues i cancelled the booking. The staff here is so helpful, especially aman and hoang both helped me guiding in even step . And i got all my money back . Thank you sherwood Honda

My dad has been getting service for almost 10 years now and yet they always find a way to screw him over. He isn’t that fluent in english so he doesn’t have to courage to complain. He took his honda pilot yesterday to get the timing belt and tensioner replaced and they didn’t change it. He came home checking the car and he thought the timing belt looked the same. He drew a marker on the timing belt to see if they would change it or not and lo and behold they didn’t. Just look at the photo. I also have no idea if they changed the tensioner. Apparently this isnt the first time they’ve done this to him. There was another instance where he went it to get something replaced/changed and they didn’t (he put a marker). These people take advantage of vulnerable people thinking they’re clueless. If you guys were to get your car serviced here for whatever reason, take a picture, leave a marker or something that would indicate that it was actually done. It sucks because today is a long weekend and I have to wait until Tuesday for their response.

I won't come back here I came in to get a vehicle that was supposed to be reliable and with factory warranty I later found out the warranty expired after 24 days of me owning the car and the tranmission was not working right from day one when I brought it back to be fixed I was told it would be 8000 and they couldn't do anything about it because there was no warranty. The car when I bought it only had 84000 kilometers and when it broke down only 95000

This post is for the service department, specifically Darcy. I dropped a JDM 2002 Honda accord off yesterday last minute and the whole service department was very accommodating. Darcy kept great communication, she's super friendly and helpful. The inspection came back with no recommendations, which if this was a shop just looking to snatch your money they could have said they found a bunch of things wrong with my car but they told me there's nothing they'd recommend as the car is in fantastic shape. You can't get any more trustworthy than that in my opinion. I appreciate great customer service more then just cost when it comes to doing business so based on this, I'd recommend Sherwood Honda to anyone who just wants good ol' fashioned customer service.

Got service to my Honda Sept 24, 2024. Had some warranty/repair work done on my lights in my side mirrors. Both inside panels on my doors were not fastened correctly and had to take it back for them to secure the panels On Oct 3 I took my Honda in to get some of the safety features corrected. I was under the hood today Oct 9 to give the engine compartment a quick look for anything abnormal like leaks, check oil level and noticed that the lid of the fuse box was just sitting loosely on fuse box and not securely clipped and sealed to prevent water ingress. If I would of used a pressure washer to hose off the engine and didnt notice the lid of the fuse box, I think I would of had electrical issues on who knows what. I secured the fusebox. Been with this dealership getting service for the past 22 + years and not sure what is going on with the care and attention in the service dept?

What an incredible car buying experience I had at Sherwood Park Honda, I was thrilled and I must say, the experience was outstanding. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by Jesse and Zeke one of the sales representatives there. Zeke took the time to listen to me and my husband, and my concerns and provided expert assistance and advice. What impressed me the most about him was the calm, easygoing and honest demeanour that exhibited throughout the process. He was NOT pushy at all and that’s the main reason I chose to stay there.
