I recently purchased a used Honda Passport from Sherwood Honda, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. Joban, my sales agent, made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He was upfront about the vehicle’s history, answered all my questions in detail, and made sure I felt confident in my decision. I really appreciated the transparency and care that went into helping me find the right car. The Passport was in excellent condition, just as described, and the whole team made the purchase easy and straightforward. Highly recommend Joban and Sherwood Honda for anyone looking for a great deal on a used vehicle!

Just purchased a Honda Accord from Sherwood Honda, and I have to say, the service was top-notch! Joban was my sales agent, and he made the entire process seamless. He was attentive to my needs and never pushed me into a decision, which I really appreciated. Joban’s expertise and helpful attitude made this the best car-buying experience I’ve had. The team at Sherwood was efficient and friendly, and I would absolutely return for my next vehicle. Five stars all the way!

Have had nothing but issues with the car! Service sucks they charge you after they tell you no charges! They always have more occuring issues on their end as everytime my car is booked in and taken there they miss a service it was booked for so im waiting another hour or its going in due to a issue thats lighting up codes on dash and then telling me no issue ans they cant find the problem looks like i need to scan it myself to find codes cause once a cars code pops it cant clear itself until the person scaning it clears it!

Very bad experience. I called in four times for an oil change, each time I was sent to voicemail or left on hold. The lady who answered the phone initially is very snappy and rude. When she said she was going to transfer me I was about to ask how long it would be and she said sorry and just cut the line. Very unprofessional. I work in customer service and sales and was extremely surprised to encounter this at Honda. I’ve been a Honda customer for 8 years, previously I had all my mechanical stuff done at the red deer Honda. Now moved in Edmonton, I will not be using Honda here. Especially the Sherwood Park one for any mechanical stuff like oil changes or repairs. They just lack the basic common sense stuff like being polite to customers. I should note that Honda Cars are awesome. It is just the lady who transfers people that has prompted me to write this review and the fact that with four calls over three hours they couldn’t even have me talking to someone for a basic oil change. Embarrassing.
