I just wanted to take sometime and thank Bob for his excellent customer service. He worked really hard to get me the best deal possible. He gave me test drive and explained each and every feature of the car in depth. I will 100% recommend Bob to anyone who is looking for a Honda.

I have a very good experience with Aman and most gorgeous and talented staff melissa. I want to give a 10 star for my today service that i got from melissa. You guys are lucky to have this lady work at yours. Her customer service skills and desire to ensure customer satisfaction is worthy of emulation. I’ve been to Sherwood Honda once in a three months for my car maintenance and fix, and she always make sure the process was stress free and smooth. Lets talk about today service i called her for my battery replacement as i was facing problem with my battery and i am out off the warranty but she took a minute and figure what she can do best for me and later she come with the best idea that doesn’t have to pay single dollar and get my vehicle ready with a new battery. AMAN AND MELISSA BOTH ARE AMAZING.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Questionable service department integrity

I traded in 2018 CR-V Touring on July 5 2024 with just over 59,000 km on it. Prior to trading in the vehicle I paid for an oil change. Part of the service included a thorough vehicle inspection and a subsequent inspection report. The report noted a few items that 'needed attention' but were not critical, such as a dirty cabin air filter, etc. As noted, the vehicle was traded in that same day. After a miserable and non productive back and forth discussion with the new vehicle sales manager regarding the purchase of our new vehicle (see my previous review), I was provided with copies of the inspection work order / invoice that was done on the traded in vehicle by the service department prior to it being placed in Sherwood Honda's used vehicle inventory. Surprisingly, another oil change had been done and charged for (after the one I had just had done and paid for). Also, 3 oil leaks were supposedly found and repaired, and charged for. No oil leaks were mentioned on the inspection report I was provides with after the service I had paid for, and there was never any indication of any oil leaks during the time I had owned the vehicle. Keep in mind the vehicle only had 59,000 km on it, so there should be no reason for any oil leaks given its minimal usage. Does this not cast suspicion on the integrity of Sherwood Honda's service department and the dealership in general? Be very aware in any dealings with Sherwood Honda.

I had really great experience at service area at Sherwood honda DARCY is sach a great human.nobody can meet her humbleness I have no words to explain how polite she is in simple words. Sherwood honda when you have people like DARCY. nobody can beat you in the town in Service I really appreciate for your services. thanks.

My husband and I came to test drive a vehicle today and it was a great experience. The staff were all incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome. They were not pushy. The finance staff were excellent at explaining everything. Our visit did not end with a purchase but that was our choice. I still highly recommend checking out this dealership if you are interested in getting a new vehicle!

Riley was very efficient and knowledgeable about vehicles. Went the extra mile to find the crv that I was looking for. Aman was kind enough to give me a remote car starter app. Excited about this new car, great experience with this Honda dealership.

Be Aware! My mother and I almost died in a used vehicle purchased at Sherwood Honda and they didn’t even honour the over $2000 warranty we paid extra for. Scam Artists, took advantage of two vulnerable clients. I will be going to the media just to warn customers to not buy from this dealership. Our lives were endangered and nothing was compensated, even it was paid for. Please stay away from Sherwood Honda!!! Paid over $15000 cash for a vehicle and the thanks I get for paying warranty was losing my vehicle had to sell it for parts. Very disgusted with this business.
