They don't even make the time to call you when they say they're going to. This company is a joke.

DONT BUY HERE I purchased a vehicle from empire they lie amd sell u a vehicle mid to high mileage they have a useless warranty they sell u that can't use if u need a down payment they fraudulently put it through as a auto repair loan as they say they have a program for down payment which is there fraudulent auto repair so on top of your car payment they sold me a $3000 warranty that u can't use as the company won't pay for repairs that are covered under the warranty and for the vehicle they sold me I'm now at $8000.00 of repairs out of my pocket that there great warranty was suppose to me cover at least half of it which didn't cover any and all Empire excuse is it's a mid to high mileage vehicle that they sold me in the first place as I was forced into the vehicle and lied to me and my cosigner only habe had the vehicle just over a year but the issues startedjust after I got it empire auto group don't care about there customers just out to sell u a vehicle and after u have it they are like oh well nothing we can do and when u have a meeting to hopefully resolve the issues they don't do anything to help u so DONT BUY from EMPIRE AUTO GROUP
