The GPS in my car hasn’t worked for a few months. The manager, Jose Aguirre, made various efforts to solve the problem. At the end, he started the diagnosis process again and fixed my GPS at no cost. In order to assist the budget, he applied for the one time customer service due to the expiration of my car’s warranty. I truly appreciate his responsibility and sincere care for his customer. I am satisfied with Mazda chilliwack and thankful to Jose.

Looking everywhere to replace my 2007 Mazda 3 having loved driving my car every day. Finding my new car just made sense that I return to Mazda. Beautiful car, great salesman, understanding manager. Hope to have another happy 14 years.
