Smooth and relaxed, not stressfull

The salesman John Nagayo was very friendly and helpful, as was the manager Bruce Cassills. Both were exceptional in making me comfortable and I would highly recommend them both.

My son had the unfortunate experience of having a damaged key-fob. The Fixed Operations Manager, Jose Aquirre, took great effort and time to replace the damaged fob housing at no cost. This is an example of the extraordinary customer service and support from Murray Mazda and exceptional staff like Jose Aquirre.

I really enjoyed working with John Nagayo to find the car that suited my needs. He was patient and understanding of what it is like for a senior who must keep within a budget. John is always friendly, personable and helpful. I had a small problem with the car after purchase and John solved the problem and called me back in 15 minutes with the solution.
