We met with Danielle to test drive a new (used) vehicle. She was friendly and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all of our questions and was very thorough. The financing process was done with ease. When it came time for us to take delivery of the vehicle - there was a minor hiccup. Danielle and her time immediately corrected and took the extra steps to ensure we were satisfied. Things went so well we even returned a few days later and purchased a second new (used) car!!

The group over at Brantford Honda is the best in the biz as far as I am concerned. Chris Mercer is a knowledgeable professional with a customer-first mindset. Without pressure, he provided me with numerous options and suggestions upon hearing what I was interested in. This allowed me to make an informed decision with my purchase. Buying a car should be a positive experience, not a rushed, misinformed, or high pressure one. This is the kind of experience I had purchasing my automobile from Brantford Honda, and I have already recommended them to a number of people. They are a real testament to how the sales industry should be approached.
