Winter tires were put on and oil change done. Rennie is always friendly and treats you with respect. Work was done in a timely manner. Shuttle service was quick and drivers were friendly and courteous.

Winter tires were put onto my vehicle. An oil change was done as well. I dropped my car off the night before and picked it up at 5:00 the next day. No problems. In the spring the tire pressure reset / monitor was not done and I didn't want to take a couple hours of my time to go back to get it set. I ended up driving around all summer with a warning showing up on the dash. But all is good now.

I like being able to drive in without an appointment. Service was done quickly and technician went over a couple of things to watch for based on their inspection of tires, wear and pressure.

I'm always warmly greeted when I arrive. The shuttle service is great and very quick. My service representative always explains exactly what was done and why.

There was no push or shove when it came time to make a deal. It was a friendly conversation leading up to making the deal. All in all everything worked out well.

I will not be able to provide all the details in the space allowed. A person would need to look at the last 5 service orders written for my vehicle, to understand the nature of the issue. A simple recap would be to say that I went in to have 2 new tires installed on my Cavalier, and it took 3 service visits and 12 hours of my time to complete the job. In the process a wheel cover was damaged by the service technician, but he/she denied it. The dealership offered to install a new set of wheel covers, which they did. In the process of doing so, a new wheel cover was damaged upon installation, so a replacement was ordered.

As usual, Rennie was very friendly and professional. He exudes a kind of enthusiasm and energy which is a nice addition to the excellent service I have received by the other staff working on my vehicle. I have always been pleased with the results of my service appointments and this was no exception.

I had my car winterized, oil change etc and was happy with this service Also had my vehicle checked and they found I needed a new bushing. It was an expensive for me because the bill was $500 dollars and my car had only 10,000 miles and was 5years old.
