Everyone that I dealt with was very good and respectful of the fact that I was recovering from a recent surgery. They went out of their way to make sure that I was in and out of the shop and back home as quickly as possible.

My truck has a vibration sound that was diagnosed as an exhaust sensor issue. Parts have now been ordered and I am awaiting a new appointment. In addition to this, the roof panel has a chip that was inspected and will be fixed at a later date. My experience with all involved was fantastic!

My recent experience involved auto body work to the rear bumper. The work was completed in a timely manner and appears to be repaired properly with a color match that seems reasonably good. However the final clean up could have been better.

We had to get our OnStar upgraded and at the same time they were going to fix an oil leak. Our son took the car in, dropped it off and picked it up for us as he works out there so it was very hassle free.

The service is always above and beyond. I do not have time to fill in a questionnaire every time I visit which is fairly often as we currently have 3 cars being serviced regularly at Murray Chev.

tire repair

My visit was to get a tire repair which I assumed was covered by my warranty.your service rep explains that I had not purchased the tire warranty when I purchased the vehicle.I did not recall any mention of this warranty as part of the sales procedure and told your rep that.to solve the problem he offered as a one time gesture of good service to absorb the cost involved.problem solved.
