My wife had a very unpleasant experience - she was promised a pick-up time for the car which coincided with the shuttle and the agreed to work on the car had not begun when she arrived.

The Technition went beyond expectations.

Had a broken bolt on left side of exhaust manifold which the Technition some how was able to remove without hurting the head. All this was done with in the quoted time. Truly amazing.

I had my winter tires put on and the winter maintenance service done,also any updates needed. They missed one thing that I fixed myself. It was a split in the cord for the block heater.

I had my winter tires put on and I had asked to have my car ready by noon. It was ready before noon and all was good with my car! I also had a piece of the gas cap fixed in excellent time and for a very affordable price. I felt respected and listened to. Thanks, Chris Mark and your team at Murray Chevrolet for excellent service!
