It was a pleasure to have Chris as our service technician for this visit. When we picked up our daughter's car, Chris explained the work that had been completed. We were very pleased with the service.

Chris in service is great, huge rip off to buy extended warranty, especially when I had quote in writing but was not afforded the time to bring it down for you to see, ripped off for a few hundred dollars more. So for that I will no longer be purchasing any further vehicles from Murrays for my self or my company fleet, I sure hope it was the the few hundred bucks in Dan's pocket to lose further sales. I have 1 warranty issue to get resolved and that will be my last visit to Dan Murrays, as well I will be sure to spread the word to as many people as possible that you don't stand by your quotes and makes sure they know to go elsewhere for a fair deal.

Every time I go in for whatever service it is, I always get great service. And the times I go just to browse vehicles, staff is always there to greet me and talk. You feel like you are part of a big family. Great work to all of the staff at Murray.

I am treated in a friendly and courteous manner whether I am having normal maintenance or other repairs completed. My service rep, Peter Buternowsky is always a pleasure to deal with and has gone out of his way to meet my needs on a timely basis regardless of the situation. I also find the sales staff, in particular John Puchniak, to be very personable and friendly.

Apolgize that I am just picking up on this as I had been waiting for in a different email address. Mike went above and beyond to ensure that everything went extremely smooth during my purchase and after purchase follow-up. Needed to take my new vehicle with me that day and I know that it involved many great kind & professional people at the dealership within the few hours left in the day to make it all happen and so seamless. Before I left Mike made sure I knew how to operate and understand all the very important features of my vehicle and checking in with me to see if I had any questions or concerns. I feel very confident that should any issues arise with my new vehicle, I can make 1 call to Mike and know my concerns will be handled with quick response and professionalism. Genevieve and the rest of the team always give great service. I get updates on how my car is doing throughout the day and estimates as to when it will be ready for pick up. They recommend services/repairs for the car but aren't pushy and try to "sell" me a product or service. And they are honest about the price for services as well. Even on busy days they are curtious and polite. And with anything I don't understand about my car they are patient and friendly while they explain different things about my car or the services required. Great team, I'm always satisfied.

I purchased my truck from Vickars as the "deal was right at the time". I have done all my servicing with Murrays as I live close by. Always good service.

I have always been treated in a fair and satisfactory way. It has not always been the way I have requested but Murray has always been open to negotiating any issues that has arisen and tried to settle it in an equitable manner.

THe air in one tire had gone down and they fixed it and when it went down a second time they deterind there was a nail in the tire and they were able to fix that.
