My recent purchase of a CRV was such a positive experience. Jacek Wrobel ensured that I was knowledgeable about all the features of the vehicle prior to purchasing and highlighted the excellent power and braking systems in the CRV. I had a great experience with Henley Honda with my 2012 Civic and know that I will continue to receive excellent service with my CRV!

Dropping in to Henley Honda, looking to find a replacement for our falling apart Mazda 5 (2006), we met Art Nelson... We were in the market to find a used vehicle, and he took the time to show us around the Odysseys they had and answer as many questions that he could. He helped to also direct us to the other lots with information and take a scan through the other cars that had recently come in (which we did). Art was described to us by a friendly lady at the other dealership as a 'black and white' person. He certainly was. No schmoozing and flashiness like other salesmen we had experienced. Just told it like it is, which gave us pointers to help us find the right car and deal for us. We definitely appreciated this. We did find a 2012 Odyssey that looked good that was just traded in that didn't even make it to lot yet. Art helped us out, gave a decent price, took it for a drive. We now have a Honda Odyssey in our driveway and very happy. During the purchase, we also met Sean Moffatt (who just started with Henley Honda). He was a refreshing experience with the financials end. Went through all the details of purchase and additional services they offered. Did not feel rushed or pressured at all, was patient, and took the time to explain everything until we felt comfortable and understood everything. (He even laughed and understood all our odd jokes.) We left with all the information and allowed us the to think about exactly what we wanted, where we signed the purchase a couple days later. Thanks Art! Thanks Sean!

Lets just start by saying I am very intimidated by sales people but needed a new, reliable and safe vehicle for my family. After looking at customer reviews I decided to get information about a 2015 Honda Civic. Due to my fear of sales people my husband called and booked the appointment for a test drive. We were greeted by Erin. He changed my views of sales people for life. He took us for a test drive and you would have thought you were driving with someone you knew forever. After hearing that my main priority was safety for my children and reliability he explained in detail how the 2015 Honda Civic LX would meet my needs. He didn't try to upgrade me to a model I didn't need with features I didn't care about. Not to mention the test drive was extremely entertaining and educational. So for all you intraverts out there afraid of the often inaccurate and extremely negative portrayal of sales people, go to Erin. He will change your perception of the salesman and you will walk out with a car you love like I did!

From beginning to end, the entire staff at Henley Honda has been nothing short of outstanding. Erin Sammy is not only knowledgeable about Honda vehicles, but it's very clear he enjoys what he does. Setting up our lease with Martha was a snap. A great experience the whole way through. Thank you Henley Honda :)

I usually dread going to dealerships and having to deal with "The Car Salesman" but I happened to be in the area and a car on the lot caught my eye so I stopped in to take a peek at it. I was greeted by a salesman and immediately got ready for "The Pitch" however this was not such an experience! Joe Ferguson was upfront with everything, not pushy and genuinely listed to what we were after and helped us sort through everything to find the car that would fit us and our budget best! He patiently answered all of my questions and gave me honest advice and opinions. Even though the dealership is an hour and a half away from my home when we are ready to purchase our new car we will definitely return. The experience that we had there made the drive MORE than worth it! Thanks again for helping us out and being an honest salesman Joe!
