My dad surprised me with a trip to Henley Honda to take a test drive for the Honda Civic LX that he had picked out for my birthday. We had the pleasure of being helped by Boris, who was very personable and made us feel comfortable with his laid back sense of humor. Boris was knowledgeable, and gave us a test drive that showed us all the safety features of the vehicle in action. He would not let us leave the lot with the car without making sure we fully understood all of the features of the car, set preset radio stations, and Bluetooth controls. He went over and above what we expected of a car salesman. The entire staff was very friendly and seemed interested in helping us to receive the best car and features for us, without trying to push into a more expensive model. All in all, the team at Henley Honda made the car purchase as low stress and easy as possible while remaining very friendly and interested in our individual situation.

Jacek Wrobel has excellent customer service skills; he is very polite and knowledgeable. I had a 2012 Honda CRV and was in the market for the 2015 model. He did an excellent job highlighting the new mechanical features of the 2015 model while I was test-driving. He was extremely helpful and professional.

I went in to just look around and ended up buying a new car. Jack Wrobel was very pleasant and knowledgable about the cars and able to guide me to the car most tailored to my needs. The fun test drive was extremely helpful in my decision to purchase a smaller more fuel efficient car. I have always received great service from Henley Honda.

My fiancée and I went to Henley Honda on a whim, thinking they may have had a used car to fit our modest budget. The moment we stepped in the door, we were greeted by a kind receptionist who directed us to a salesman named Dan. Although we were looking for something fairly low-end, Dan was more than happy to run across the road more than once to Skyway Fine Cars (owned by Henley Honda) to bring over a recently traded vehicle, its full history, and came for a test drive with us. He was incredibly helpful and worked with us to meet our budget and to find something that fit all of our needs. It was very refreshing to be treated like a valued customer despite the fact that we were not looking to buy a brand new, expensive vehicle. Overall, the service received at Henley Honda, especially by Dan, was by far the best service among many other dealership/used car sales lots in the Niagara region.

Was driving to St Catharines to setup the venue for my son's wedding when a few dash codes came up indicating issues that could be serious. We called ahead to Henley and they encouraged us not to drive too much further due to the nature of the codes. We brought our Honda Pilot in and a rental was arranged. the next morning on our way to the wedding ceremony we received a call that they had found the issue and would provide a temporary fix so we could drive the Pilot a couple hours, back home to arrange for repairs under warranty at a local dealer. Great service from Amanda even after we took our vehicle back she was interested in the outcome of the situation...and the wedding, which went off without a hitch. Or should I say with a hitch.
