I started the process of leasing a car almost a year ago when I went to Henley Honda. I was introduced to Omar who eagerly showed me around. I explained I had an Equinox I was looking to trade in for a Civic and he did his best to find a reasonable value for my trade in. Ultimately I decided to privately sell my Equinox but I went back today to see Omar because I appreciated his approach. I dislike the salesman "pitch" and Omar is far from that. He made it seem like he was showing cars to his friend and he worked to get me exactly what I wanted. He patiently answered all of my questions and made the process a lot easier than I anticipated. Dreading the pushy sales pitch of the warranty, I was pleasantly surprised to meet Martha who eloquently explained the pros and cons in a hands off manner. My experience at Henley was positive and I'll be happy to recommend Omar.
