After test driving an infinite number of vehicles at two GM dealers and a Honda dealer in the Niagara Region we decided to check out a 2015 Honda Pilot at Henley Honda. A friend we had spoken to recommended Art Nelson because of a positive experience with a recent 2015 Accord purchase they had made. Art was friendly, knowledgeable and honest to deal with (a refreshing change because of the amount of dishonesty we had dealt with from a number of salesmen during our search). Not only did we get an excellent vehicle at an outstanding price but we were given a more than fair trade in for our 2011 GMC Terrain that was $3 500 more than a competitor was going to give us!!! Additionally the entire staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming and very helpful. This will be my first stop for any future Honda purchase and I will recommend Henley to all my friends and family.

I love our new Honda Civic and would like to thank Joe Ferguson for his assistance in our choice and purchase! He most certainly demonstrated a great appreciation for Honda products and was both knowledgeable and personable. His clear explanation of all the car's features when we picked it up was most helpful and showed his own enjoyment of the vehicle. Joe's phone call a few days later just to check to see that all was well and to ask if we had any questions was a thoughtful follow-up!

From the moment that I stepped in the building I felt at home. My kids were given some soft drinks, they were occupied by the foosball table and everyone there would drop what they were doing to say hello. Omar approached me with the most friendly demeanor which made me feel welcome. I've never been in the store before, but owned a Honda Civic that I had purchased from an online ad. My old Civic made it to 350K without any major repairs, and in fact, was still running when it was traded in. So you can say that it was a no brainer for me to desire another one, this time new. I had been to other dealerships in the vicinity, which will remain nameless, and each one of the salespeople that I had encountered made me feel pressured and they did not give me any time to shop around and make an informed decision on which vehicle to go with. They simply wanted my business before I left the door, offering me all kinds of incentives, and discounts and pretty much using every sales tactic that I am aware of. But Omar did not try to pressure me in any way, he was knoweldgeable about the products that he sold, he was able to answer all of my questions quickly without the need to reference any source of information. He laid out all of my leasing options and was straight forward, he's a local resident and appears to love what he does. Now I'm the proud owner of a 2015 Civic LX that the kids and wife just love and gets me over 800km on a tank of regular unleaded. Keep up the good work Omar!

I recently purchased my first Honda at Henley Honda and I was not disappointed with my experience. I chose Henley because a friend of mine had a really good experience when he purchased his car with Dawson, so I knew I wanted to deal with him for my car. Dawson not only was able to work my payments down to what I was comfortable with but also maintained a trade in value for my car that I was satisfied with. I was really impressed with the way they make all their customers feel. They made me feel like I was joining a happy family and becoming a part of their story and not just a number.
