Henley Honda

I work in the radio industry and was hired to do a remote broadcast at Henley Honda in St.Catharines. While I was there, I read from a prepared script so that I could tell "Our listeners" about the great deals and the fantastic leasing and finance rates. The more I read the more convinced I was that, "Hey this is a good deal." Now, I have done car dealerships before and there's always a time that someone sidles over and tries to convince me to buy "Their cars." While at Henley, no one came over until I showed that I was interested and then Erin Sammy explained about the 2015 Honda Civic and let me take it out for a test drive. Following the drive we discussed finances, terms, leasing agreements and basically the business side of things. In the past I hated dealing with the "Money" side of car buying because I always feel that I'm being looked down upon for not having the best credit rating. Erin was great, he put my mind at ease and said, "We're all in the same situation and we will do the best we can." I honestly thought driving home that day..."Not going to happen." Two days later I received a call from Sean to tell me that the financial terms were set, that they were going to pay off the loan on my old car for me; which when added to the lease didn't cripple me in the pocket book, so I was happy. The next day I picked up my beautiful blue Honda Civic and I came to the realization that I finally chose a reliable car; my track record hasn't been that impressive. Once again thanks to everyone at Henley Honda for literally making my car buying experience an enjoyable one. I had no thoughts whatsoever of buying a car that day but, thanks to your honesty and "No pressure sales" treatment I ended up making a good investment. Erin, Sean, Tom, Jill and everyone at the dealership I'm glad I was able to meet you and again thank you very much. I dealt with Erin Sammy, who is very friendly and helpful, but I know the other sales personnel are just as inviting and will help you to make a great deal. I leave you with this, when I asked Erin how Honda could offer such a good deal,he said, "It's because they know their vehicles are the best.".........nuff said.

From start to finish the experience was absolutely amazing. Tom and his team are fantastic. We drove from Toronto to buy from Henley and we would do it again. I highly recommend Henley Honda.

Recently I had the pleasure of working with Jacek ... aka ... Jack! He was easy to deal with, knowledgeable, always available to answer my questions via text which I appreciated and most of all he was patient with me.... especially when i was doing my research/comparison with the Elantra ;) One thing I found very helpful was when he drove the car at a point during our test drive to show us what the car could really do... Great selling technique bc I was so nervous driving the damn car with him & my husband in there! I also really liked Martha. Her and I talked about kids, nails, cars, snow tires, extended warranty, shellak and spoilers... holy well rounded chick! No really she advised me what was necessary and always made me feel extremely comfortable. Then there is Tom... Well you're stuck with me for another 5 yrs boss... Overall great experience and thrilled to be going on 7 years with the Henly Honda family.

I recently purchased a 2015 Honda Civic from Henley Honda. I can honestly say that Erin Sammy made my purchasing experience extremely pleasant. He was very professional, informative, experienced, firm and very credible. There were some moments where I had doubts or became emotional prior to make my final decision, and Erin was able to understand what mattered to me the most and helped build my confidence about my choice. He took the time to compare various models and encouraged me to take each one of them for a test drive. Even after the purchase, he took the time to sit me in the car and walk me through every detail and operation of the vehicle and he did it with enthusiasm and made me feel very important throughout the whole purchase process. Originally, I was going to purchase either a Mazda or a Nissan, but after visiting Erin at Henley Honda, I can honestly say that although I am very pleased with my choice now, his customer service was the hook to my purchase. Also I would like to give credit to Shawn at the financial department who also was very pleasant and caring. Thank you Henley Honda!

I don’t buy cars frequently. Thought it was time to up-grade my 18 year old van, which has been a very reliable mode of transportation. Have been searching for a replacement during this past year and visited many dealers. Finally, walked into Henley Honda and was greeted by Boris and received professional friendly service right from the start. Boris really knows his cars and explained to us the full details and features of the Honda CR-V. Met on three different occasions and received the same professional service from Boris and the team at Henley Honda. Never felt intimidated during the whole process of purchasing a new car. Last night, I drove out with my new 2015 Honda CR-V. Thank you all for a great experience. I would definitely recommend Boris and Henley Honda.
