Henley Honda was an incredible experience for this first time buyer. Joe was very knowledgeable and helped me pick out a beautiful Civic with the features that suited my needs. Everyone was warm and friendly and there was a terrific energy at Henley.

I had a great experience with Henley Honda recently. I ordered 2015 CRV and the date that I wanted to receive my new vehicle was very soon because my family wished to go camping with NEW CRV. I was so impressed by their hard work for customer's convenience and truly appreciated. Thank you so much, Jacek!! It was very happy I could work with you:).

Having known of Henley's reputation and superior customer service, I literally did everything (from Toronto) over phone and e-mail with Joe and Martha. I wanted to get one of the new 2016 Pilots and they went above and beyond to ensure I would get the first one on the lot - even though it was supposed to be their designated 'tester' vehicle! When my wife and I went to pick up the vehicle, we were thrilled with the reception and the time Joe took to go over every detail and feature so that we understood everything before driving off the lot. The high quality service continues after you leave as I have had questions and requests answered by Joe within hours of sending him a text. It will be a while before any service us required but I will be heading back for any work that is required.

Recently I bought my CRV from Henley Honda. The sales persons Jack was very friendly and knowledgeable, he explained all the features, advantages, disadvantages of it. I got a great deal as well.

Had a great time with the Henley staff and am loving my new 2015 Fit. Highlight of my car shopping experience was definitely watching Omar prank call my little sister to test out the blue tooth! Would 10/10 recommend to a friend.

I recently bought a new Honda civic and am loving it! Was planning to test drive at a few dealerships but had absolutely no reason to after an amazing test drive at Henley Honda! Erin was amazing and made the process of buying my first new car very easy and Sean made the financial bit go seamlessly :) will definitely be returning in the future!

I work in the radio industry and was hired to do a remote broadcast at Henley Honda in St.Catharines. While I was there, I read from a prepared script so that I could tell "Our listeners" about the great deals and the fantastic leasing and finance rates. The more I read the more convinced I was that, "Hey this is a good deal." Now, I have done car dealerships before and there's always a time that someone sidles over and tries to convince me to buy "Their cars." While at Henley, no one came over until I showed that I was interested and then Erin Sammy explained about the 2015 Honda Civic and let me take it out for a test drive. Following the drive we discussed finances, terms, leasing agreements and basically the business side of things. In the past I hated dealing with the "Money" side of car buying because I always feel that I'm being looked down upon for not having the best credit rating. Erin was great, he put my mind at ease and said, "We're all in the same situation and we will do the best we can." I honestly thought driving home that day..."Not going to happen." Two days later I received a call from Sean to tell me that the financial terms were set, that they were going to pay off the loan on my old car for me; which when added to the lease didn't cripple me in the pocket book, so I was happy. The next day I picked up my beautiful blue Honda Civic and I came to the realization that I finally chose a reliable car; my track record hasn't been that impressive. Once again thanks to everyone at Henley Honda for literally making my car buying experience an enjoyable one. I had no thoughts whatsoever of buying a car that day but, thanks to your honesty and "No pressure sales" treatment I ended up making a good investment. Erin, Sean, Tom, Jill and everyone at the dealership I'm glad I was able to meet you and again thank you very much. I dealt with Erin Sammy, who is very friendly and helpful, but I know the other sales personnel are just as inviting and will help you to make a great deal. I leave you with this, when I asked Erin how Honda could offer such a good deal,he said, "It's because they know their vehicles are the best.".........nuff said.
