I would highly recommend a visit to Henley Honda to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle. My husband and I recently purchased a vehicle from Henley Honda and found the staff to be very informative, thoughtful and friendly. We had the pleasure of dealing with Erin Sammy to make our purchase a great one. Erin was very thorough and patient as he walked us through all the controls and functions of the vehicle, providing us with self assurance as we drove off the lot -- two very happy owners of a new Honda CRV.

We had a great experience at Henley Honda. The sales associate we worked with was Jack and he was phenomenal. Jack was very positive and upbeat and extremely knowledgeable about Honda products and of the automobile industry as a whole. The whole time at the dealership we were made to feel very welcome and relaxed. During the sale he would go over the options that were available and give the rational without ever being too pushy. We ordered one of the first HRV's which took some time to be built and delivered, so we appreciated the ongoing updates from Jack on the progress. Similarly in the finance department, Martha was great to deal with and also had the just right tone when explaining available options and allowing us to make choices. "Banging the gong" is a very rewarding experience and a nice touch to the sales process. You don't need to be timid when doing this as everyone celebrates this with you. I just took possession of the car yesterday, so I am hoping the service experience is as positive as the purchase experience.
