Well, I’m actually disappointed. I know this company prides it’s self on customer service but I had a really bad experience I’ve called three times left three messages with the service department to get my brakes fixed(again) I finally got a hold of a human being today she was rude abrupt and frankly just passive aggressive on the phone. I brought my Honda fit in December 2018 Because the brake pedal went to the floor to stop the car, same problem now in February 2019. I was informed now I need my brake line flushed and refilled not back in December (when I brought the car in because of break issues) but now ...... after paying $367.82, and having the same problem I’m just going to go somewhere else to get the car fixed. Honestly disappointed with Honda service and lack of concern for my safety.

First time buying a vehicle and figured I would get one from a dealership, and as a reputable company I figured they'd have excellent certified pre-owned vehicles. I was wrong and this has been a horrible first time experience. The customer service is terrible; never picking up the phone or returning calls. They give you a real run around with dates as to when everything is ready. I was told I'd get a review of everything they fixed during the final inspection for my own knowledge, never got that but maybe I'm asking too much from them. I know my vehicle wasn't bought new, but for the amount I paid they could of at least filled up the windshield fluid and given it an oil change. Tire pressure was decreasing slowly since I've had it, and I figured it was just the weather. Not even 2 weeks after owning it and I got a flat tire. While it was getting fixed at Honda we had to tell them to check out the back tire and they noticed the "valve stem" was leaking air. Front tire had a piece of metal in it. I've been driving this car so carefully its disheartening to already have problems with it. Proper inspection not done? Possibly. Very bad parking area and staff that are overwhelmed with work. Overall, I know I will be taking my business elsewhere when I buy another vehicle. Update: after trading in the vehicle I found out that it was a rental vehicle and Honda never told me that. They lied and said that it was a lawyers wife's vehicle.

Not a bd place but can certainly do better on pricing exspuly on as is stuff i know they didnt pay whats asked $100 over what was paid is good enough that gives us non rich people a chance to buy a vehicle

They seem to have a habit of selling cars on people "over the phone" and then offering you another car "at cost". Has happened twice now at this location.
