They seem to have a habit of selling cars on people "over the phone" and then offering you another car "at cost". Has happened twice now at this location.

We came from out of town 6 hours away. Everything was arranged over the phone. We showed up a little late to pick up the car because of the weather and it didn't matter as long as we arrived safe. Everything thing was ready for us and with in an hour or less we where on the road with our new car. Thanks to all at Palladino Honda
