5 trips to service department to change a block heater in my 2017 Honda Civic . Too much to explain in text form a call would be better as have had more than one very bad experience

Phone call needed to explain the bad service on more than one occasion… I was lied to over and over and talked to like I didn’t know anything about cars . I’m 65 years old the the assistant service guy was talking nonsense to me like I was a kid . He lied over and over . I’m on my second lease and it will be my last dealing with this Dealership. It has gone downhill over the last couple of years . Please have some one call me in regards to my issues. Thank you

We had the best experience buying our CR-V! Dylan, Lucky, and Melissa were super organized and easy to deal with. They were very transparent and went over everything with us. They went above and beyond. We would definitely recommend. We will be back for sure!

We are so pleased for the service they rendered to us from the Winnipeg Honda dealership. From the time we made transactions with Andy Chan the senior sales consultant up to the time we purchased the car, he was there for us. They are all accommodating, friendly and very courteous special mention to Kam too. DJ,Janie,and Megan made my 2022 CRV purchase easy and enjoyable. I can’t thank them enough. They went over and above with the most generous customer service! I had to bring my car in without an appointment because I was only in the city for the weekend. My car was displaying all the warning lights so I took it into the dealership and explained I had to leave the next day. They were able to take it in and fix the problem and I had it back in a few hours. Thank you for being so accommodating.
