The management made a liar out of the salesperson by not honouring guarantees he had made.

Promise made to fix any issues within 30 days not honoured. Refusal to remove loose items during test drive and told the rattle was a result of same. Refusal to fix shock problem when rattle was actually caused by faulty part.

The experience that I had with Waverly Honda was a good one. The ladies that are at the customer service desk’s when you drive in go over and above to make sure everything is ok with the vehicle. Even if it’s something you don’t understand with the vehicle they make sure to get the proper answer.
