adviser didn't help in anyway to arrange for me to pickup my truck!

Service on my truck was exceptional as usual but service adviser not helpful in arranging to get my truck.I live out of town and work until 6 pm. I was told last pick up driver leaves at 5:30 pm? Well that doesn't help! I was asked if I would like to make another appointment?....REALLY! OK I'll get it sorted out WITHOUT YOUR HELP! I know most of the staff well at Oxford Dodge so I asked them if they could get my truck to me? .... NO PROBLEM! A BIG THANKS to the staff that went the extra mile, and they know who they are!!! The two service advisers that sit on the wall side need to be replaced or there will be more complaints in the future! JUST SAYIN!

I went in for a warranty issue and from start to finish I was kept well informed. The work was done promptly. We had a minor hiccup along the way, but I was kept informed of the progress and plan and everything was done smoothly. The work was excellent. I am pleased with my service!
