My appointment was made on line and confirmed by telephone. I dropped the vehicle off the night before. Sadly there were no drop off envelops in the drop box. My Service Advisor called promptly and was friendly. The warranty is not clear to me and I do not understand the value of a Chrysler warranty. The advisor spoke only of the Oxford Dodge warranty and whether I had work done earlier at Orleans Chrysler when I lived there was irrelevant. The cost was well explained but I believe pricey.

I needed my e-test done so I called in and the friendly lady got me an appointment within an hour. When I pulled in the Service Advisor, Dwayne, advised me they couldn't do the e-test because he could hear an exhaust leak. Since I also needed some other routine maintenance done, and to save me money, he advised me to use one of their service plans, which would diagnose the exhaust problem and get my maintenance done. Then they cleaned the car and put air my tires & re-booked my appointment. They did this extra service without me paying anything at this point. When I came back they did an alignment check on this cool machine. I know alignments are important for better tire wear and mileage amongst other reasons. They also arranged a ride by this great guy. Dwayne also discovered a recall that I was not aware of. This is a big advantage of having my Jeep serviced at Oxford Dodge. It's doubtful an independent repair shop would have known about a recall or would have taken the extra step to investigate. The bottom line is; the work was done in an efficient, manner by fun, knowledgeable people who seem to enjoy their jobs. It's fun dealing with a place where I would like to work; from all the people in the office, parts and service areas, it was a great experience.

Dwayne noticed my gas door was broken. I had not. He offered the loaner an extra day and had my car ready when he said it would be! I'm a loyal customer and tell all my friends. Thank you to kent Craig and Dwayne. Yay me for buying my first dodge product.

My navigation system stopped working & it resulted in a new radio system being required. The system was ordered & I was called in 2 days to make an appointment to have it installed. The work was completed in a reasonable length of time while I waited. When my car was washed on my initial visit (to have the nav system checked out) my hitch cover was broken off. Mike said that if I want to order a replacement hitch cover the dealership would cover the cost, so before I made the appointment to have the radio replaced I ordered a new hitch cover on line, where the other one was ordered & given to me as a Christmas present from my son. I gave Mike a copy of the invoice for the new hitch cover & was given the cash amount when my vehicle was ready. I was very pleased with the way this was handled!

I could not have been more pleased with my experience at Oxford Dodge. I was treated with respect and not talked down to as my experience with other salesman. I was not pressured at all and Todd went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and important. The financing with Andrea was very smooth and she is good at what she does. I was under extreme stress to purchase another vehicle due to an accident and they helped make this purchase less stressful. I felt that I got good value for my money and they put me in the best vehicle for me. I will most certainly recommend Todd and this dealership.

The car was new to me but 6 mons. old & needed an emission test. There were many recalls that needed to be completed & Mike made sure all this work was completed by the end of the day with 1 exception d/t a part needing to be ordered. If something arises from the initial 'check', Mike always calls me to run it by me & get my approval.
