Chris Mark has always done a superb job explaining every detail to us regarding repairs or maintenance required for our Cruze.

I appreciate Murray's service in regards to my Silverado. Peter, my CSR, is upfront with his recommendations for maintenance and that is very much appreciated. Also appreciate the ride home and back to pick up the truck.

THis must be regarding purchase of our vehicle which was a month ago. Our Sales rep (Dennis) gave us excellent service. He was helpful, respectful, took time to make us comfortable. We were very pleased with his service. We were however not as impressed with the woman who took care of the financing. She did explain the services available very well and we had agreed to make a down payment then to pick up our vehicle on Friday and make final payment It was Tuesday the thirteenth of Oct when we purchased. When leaving the dealership parking lot we received a call on my cell asking that we return with the Epica if possible later that day (we were there with our Silverado). As we had a funeral that afternoon, we had enough time to return to St. Adolphe and then to your dealership they wanted to know the trade in value but apparently it was the registration that was required. Darlene then told us she need the remaining payment. We had not made any arrangements with our bank as was not expecting such a sudden request. I told her I could give a cheque (I thankfully had one on me) but not to cash it. She asked if she could cash later that afternoon. We had to tell her no as we would not be able to make it in time to the bank. She then said tomorrow morning. Once again I told her that the bank only opened at ten, to please give us more time and to wait til later in the afternoon. When we went to pick up our vehicle at nine, it was not ready. Dennis did offer us breakfast and stayed with us until it was ready which was after eleven. When he was going through the items, onstar, etc. Darlene came to the car and starting talking in circles, as though we could not understand, stating about having to come back. Finally she told us that not all was ready, we would need to return and a courteousy car would be provided. We did not know what was incomplete and poor Dennis did not either. It is unfortunate we were not advised prior to pick up that the vehicle was not ready as we would not have had to waste all our time and Dennis' that morning and then have to return the following week. Once again, Sales was excellent, the financial not so much.

I am always so glad when Rennie is available to look after the details of my visit. He is very competent and always looks out for the customer. I have total trust in him and I know he will only recommend what is necessary and always gives me options.

The OnStar was updated and a service check was done. They kept me informed of items that needed to be changed before they were done. I appreciated knowing what needs to be done before it was actually done.

It was a team of people at Murray Chevrolet that made it happen for me, words can never truly express the graditude i feel for them. Jamie Erb is an awesome salesman & person with a great heart. Darlene Stewart the finance manager who is also very down to earth & went way above in order to make it happen. Please forgive me as i can't remember his name, no disrespect intended... but the used car manager whose heart is just as big as his stature really cares about people. That is all people really want, to be treated like they matter. These 3 in particular are both exceptional employees & human beings to bring peace to a situation that was really quite dire at the time. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Well done lady & gentlemen. Well done indeed.

Use your quick lube service for oil change. Staff were very curteous and explained the process as well as keeping me informed as to the length of time I would be waiting and if there were any other matters that needed to be addressed at that time. Would use the quick lube service again.
