Semi- annual service and installation of winter tires. Ryan kept me informed of vehicle status. Returned vehicle quickly 2 hours before expected pick up time. Great Service.

I have two GM vehicles, one was purchased new at Murray's and one was purchased new at another GM dealer. Regardless of whice vehicle I bought in for service Murray Chevrolet has always shown appreciation for my business and let me feel valued as a customer!

I was in for regular fall service and to have the new 4G LTE hardware installed... My vehicle was all done and on time and as promised for the end of the day. I had no issues. Great service and work.

Semi annual checkup and winterization done - I have a 20 year old car but each time I bring it in they treat me and my vehicle like any other customer even though the parts are harder or non-existence for it and probably harder to work on given the age of the vehicle. I have no hesitation in driving it as I know everything is working as it should. I like the fact I am advised what should / could be done with the car but never pressured to accept any of the suggestions made. This time around it was noticed my battery wasn't charging fully - suggestion was made to obtain a charger for it or replace the battery - given that the battery was almost 10 years old I opted for the new one - because I don't drive the car on a regular basis, the option was given of buying a silver or gold battery - gold keeping a charge longer when the car is used less frequently - it was nice to have the option given to me.
