On a reçu un super service pour acheter notre auto mais par la suite... Ouff service après vente... euh quel service après vente... Nous avons laisser 3 à 4 messages sans aucun retour d'appel, j'ai du chialer pour qu'ils me transfert au directeur des ventes... Ils nous disent faire une inspection sur les véhicules un gros LOL mon toit panoramique ouvre mais referme plus (de peine et de misère nous l'avons refermé) Dans notre contrat il nous on semi imposer une assurance qu'on voulait pas et la c'est plus possible de l'enlever (ben on attend toujours l'appel du directeur des ventes qui nous a dit qu'on pouvait l'enlever jusqu'à 7 jours après la livraison bien entendu ils nous ont pas rappeler donc plus dans les délais) Justement lors de la livraison ils nous ont appeler 1h après pour nous dire qu'une des lumières était brûlé et qu'ils avaient pas visser la plaque. Pourquoi pas le dire lors du départ du magasin... En tout cas du gros n'importe quoi vous pouvez être sur que je rachète pas là-bas ! En plus le changement d'hui le n'a pas été fait il manquait de prestone quand ils nous ont dit que tous les huiles étaient vérifiés AHHH et aucun deal sur les pneus d'hiver et aussi sur l'installation on a toute du payer et aucun moyen de négocier non-plus bref bien déçu!! We did clean one of cars for them , to prepare it before selling ,we also did some buffing on the car , gave them the bill hoping get payed in couple days or weeks , they never payed , came back month and half after to remind them , no response. Irresponsible, not professional. Reading from other comments here no wonder people not happy with them. Making millions on the back of others. They even do some positive commentaires here them self, just to make it look good.
