My Diesel VW Golf

I enjoyed buying the car, nice people, the pre sale test drive and doing the research was good BUT after I bought the car and drove it for a week I had to return it to the shop for 3 weeks to replace the entire ad blue injector system and the car had more km's on it then originally discussed. No support or updates from sales on the staus of my car and after they got my money...I almost feel like they knew that was going to happen.

I had a great experience. Salesman was very informative My only disappointment was related to the winter tire installation, and the lack of response to my complaint afterwards!

Lack of communication, during sale and prep stage, unorganized, forget to do promised items. We had to follow up on our own. In the end, we are happy with our purchase.

Great place to buy a VW and I know I been around VW dealers. Service wise not too good there's techs probably need to be better trained had to go in four times for a factory damaged window trim replacement. Every time I went in they would make it worse the 3rd time they broke 3 things had to complain to the service manager witch took my discontent very seriously and got avery thing finally fixed.
