Great staff, quick response and search. Osman did awesome job finding what I needed and beyond. He even called after we picked up the car to make sure everything was ok. He was very patient listening to us explain and describe what we needed and very efficient achieving this. They were on time with everything. I recommend this place for honesty and quality.

I am so very pleases with EMPIRE AUTO GROUP. I found what I was looking for very quickly, they responded fast, got papers and every thing else done on time, very honest and straight. Osman is a great guy. He was very patient listening to what we needed, and very efficient finding us even better than what we were looking for. He did great job following up with a call after we picked up the car, just to make sure every thing was going well. Keep it up, Osman. You are GREAT! I recommend this place to everyone who needs trust and quality.

Got a Nissan Altima from Nick Chesterfeild at Empire an I Love It!!! My friend Moe saw my car and he said he was looking for a New Car ...so I Refereed him to Empire and Hass Rafih got him the car he needed and wanted and now i just received $200.00 on the spot Wow Thanks !!!!

Hass was very professional and knowledgeable. He helped me pick out a car that met my needs and was stylish and cost effiecient. He kept in touch with me and was accessible for all questions I had. Made the transaction very easy and walked me through it every step of the way. Car looked like new at pick up. I want to Thank "Hass Rafih" my Salesman who worked sooo hard to get me out of my old car and into my new Elantra !!! Which I absolutely love. My experience from empire auto was excellent! I'm a difficult guy to work with yet Hass was very understanding and patient, he worked hard to get me the vehicle I wanted and I'm very please with how everything turned out. Hass is the man to deal with!
