Being a newcomer in Winnipeg and not good at technical car issues can take away ones confidence whenever the car breaks down. I am confident and feel my car is taken care of by a team of professionals at Murray, who are also very focused and treat customers with respect. Peter has walked with me my journey and I feel blessed to have him as my Service Consultant.

As much as I like this dealership and the service we've received since our new vehicle purchase in 2011; their "Quick Lube" service is anything but quick! I waited at the garage door for 35 minutes watching service fellows walk around the first vehicle in the bay. They finally moved the first vehicle up then the second was moved up and over the oil change pit at which time they signalled me to drive in. Now I'll wait some more! If you think by the name of this service you'll be in and out in quick order; you may find yourself disappointed and late for any other appointments! My score is 2 stars for this service and 5 stars for sales and other service experiences.

Had a strange noise coming out beside our glove compartment as we were driving. Sounded like some kind of fan that wasn't running properly. This happened on a weekend, close to 3 pm so wasn't sure if we would be able to get our equinox checked out before the weekend. Brought it in to the shop at Murray Chev. Ryan in the Service Dept quickly checked it out. We needed a new cabin air filter. Was a quick easy fix and we were on our way back home soon after.

Craig Kirkland was referred to me when i began to consider purchasing a new vehicle. His easy going and professional manner to help me get the perfect car made this experience an easy process from start to finish. Craig explained the features of the car during the test drive and could highly endorse it since his wife owned one as well. I was specific about the features I wanted and Craig found exactly what I was looking for. Financing was processed quickly and extended warranty options were explained so I could make the best decision to suit my needs. Overall, a great car buying experience!
