Greeted on arrival, they make sure your vehicle exterior is checked on arrival its all documented my appointment was booked for that day, Peter re visited the problem with me and then made sure that there was no other concerns.then offered shuttle service to return home. Vehicle repaired as promised phone call made to advise, picked up by shuttle.brought back to Murray. Very happy with service.

I had my 2013 Cruze in for a Onstar hardware upgrade as well as ECU firmware flash. Other than the delay in the bay (busy busy busy) I was looked after with respect and professionalism. Murray Chev has not let me down in the service they had provided me or in the great guys in the Parts Dept.! I trust that my future experiences will be just as great. Thanks guys and gals!! Keep it up!

I took my truck in for the 2 g upgrade, it was done quicker than promised and instructions for a wi-fi hot spot worked for my wife's and my phone. I don't think we will be using it a lot, but to have the option available is wonderful. it is to easy to eat up data. data is expensive!

Bought a vehicle fromantic Murray Chevrolet. Overall great experience. John was fantastic. However, by the end during the warranty and financial part, which was a little late it felt like we were being rushed throughost everything. Didn't like that.

The workers always provide a great service from the time the car is brought in to when it's picked up. They review exactly what services will be performed that day on the car. Then my Service Consultant, Dennis Mitchell, calls to update me on any other issues that need attention. He provides me with an estimate of the cost for me to decide if I can afford it right away or postpone the repair for later. The shuttle service workers are very friendly. They drop off and pick up a customer at the agreed time. Overall, wonderful customer service!

Haven't brought this car in for service yet, but from passed experiences it's a painless experience. With the shuttle it even less of a hassle because you don't have to call a friend to come to pick you up. Don and Debbie Leclair

Cody Wiebe is a great sales professional. He helped us out when my daughter purchased her new vehicle, and I wouldn't have chosen anyone else to help me with mine a few months later. He explained everything thoroughly, and understandable, in normal people's terms. Following through with all the paper trail, was comfortable, relaxed, but informative. Options explained with no pressure. Delivery of my vehicle was seamless. All work Cody had said would be done prior to my taking possession, was, and exceeded my expectations. Dealing with Murray was a great experience, like making new friends.
