After a slight snag with service technicians leaving grease in my car, Ryan reached me and offered me a free chamois car wash, I appreciate that Murray offeres the best customer service

After a mistake was made at a previous service appointment, Murray's acknowledged the issue, apologized for the error and really made things right. I left the service department with my car professionally repaired and a renewed confidence in dealing at Murray's. Thanks to the guys in the service department and directly to Dan Murray for making things right. Great job. Thanks guys

I bought the car and the day I picked it up there was a low tire alarm. I was told this was addressed by changing a sensor. After a couple of week of operation the alarm came back. I was told by your service department that you do not fix tires on the weekends. I purchased the road hazard warranty as part of my purchase and was disappointed to find that I would have to make special arrangements to have the tire looked at. I subsequently went to a shop that is open on Saturdays and was told by the tech that worked on the tire that there was a temporary plug installed in that tire. I had the tire repaired at my expense. Shortly after I purchased the vehicle I noticed that one of the covers on the roof rack was missing. I called your parts department and was told they would order me one and it would be in in a couple of days. Cost would be $23.00. A few days later I stopped to see if the cover was in and was told that it was never ordered. I was also told then that you do not order parts unless they are paid for in advance. This is not a problem really just an annoyance. What is at issue is I was not told of this policy when I ordered the part. I guess for 23 bucks I wasn't worth the effort. No good reviews for you and Murray Chev I'm afraid. Birchwood seems much more accommodating.

Craig Pucely was very knowledgeable and helpful when we purchased our 2015 Cruze and he is extremely accommodating in dealing with any followup questions we might have; a friendly personality who inspires customer loyalty for himself and the dealership.

The following reasons are why I am not satisfied: - when I picked up my brand new vehicle we waited approx 2 hours as it was apparently at a show. - when I picked up my new vehicle it was no detailed. - when I picked up my vehicle there werre different rims on it which were apparently used for a show. We had to buy the rims which voided my air miles that I was told that I was going to receive. -It took a very long time to get the socket to take off the rims that we bought that were on the vehicle. - When I brought my vehicle in for warrant work it was not washed. I believe the above facts are reasons not to be satisfied

The only suggestion I have would be to complete all calculations for payments/cost in front of me so I can see where all of the numbers are coming from. I felt as though myself and my dad had to do most of the calculations to double check and find out about certain costs that were being added without my approval (ex: tire warranty). Overall, Julien did a great job searching for and eventually getting me the exact vehicle I had in mind (colour, interior, features)

I am treated with courtesy and respect. Staff are friendly, kind and patient and speak in layman's terms when describing the work that is to be done. I feel very comfortable driving in to the Service areas.

Tanner promise us about the WIFI upgrade since it is a 2014 model, but until now we haven't got a reply from them. Car that was sold to us have some issue (bad odor/burning plastic smell) when sold to us and was not disclosed by the Sales guy. But thanks to the Service Department, they are still on the process on monitoring the problem and solving it. This is the first time that we are not satisfied on the car purchase.
