I have received continuous high level of customer service with different issues on my vehicle. Services: Auto Pac repairs - engine noise - squeaks - wiper issues - Too many to remember. Most importantly which keeps me coming back is Peter Buternowsky and his unique customer service as it is hard to find this in todays business world.

I would schedule services with GM more often if it wasn't so inconvenient and didn't impede on my schedule. I refuse to use vacation time to book an appointment. Most of the time, I'm either doing the service myself or getting it done with companies that work outside of the regular 9 to 5. Shuttle services aren't regularly scheduled, so there's no guarantee if you'll be waiting 5 minutes or half an hour. This time wasn't too bad as I waited 15 minutes to be shuttled.

For the last vehicle that I purchased John had sent me a letter to advise that the dealership was interested in my then current car as a trade in - also happened to include a brochure of new cars. I went in to just "look" and John asked if there was anything in particular I was interested in and asked that they value my current vehicle for trade in assessment. I immediately fell in love with the Equinox as I was finding the TRAX just a little small. We made a deal and voila new car for me. John always makes the purchasing of a new car a pleasant experience.

Good first car experience, was happy with all the people I dealt with however, was disappointed that nothing was done with the windshield and nothing was marked on the safety to advise that there were several stone chips in the windshield. Working in the field of car repairs that is something the shop I work at would advise the customer of.

I had our Silverado in on July 3, 2015 for servicing and throttle body service and wheel alignment. Said we were going on a road trip and check over. Thankfully no issues at all on the trip with the truck. I really appreciate that the vehicle maintenance is completed when they said and I am called if anything unforeseen arises. Staff are pleasant, courteous and prompt. Any questions I asked are always fully answered and explained. Washing the vehicle Is most appreciated. I like having one service advisor, Rennie, as a go to person. This consistency is valuable I feel. Although he may be busy with another customer right when I bring the car in, someone else helps out, and Rennie acknowledges my presence and I know he will keep an eye on things.

I bought my first Equinox from Craig Pucely in 2010. When I decided to trade in my 2011 Equinox I knew Craig would take care of me. I have a lot of trust in the Dealership and the people who work there. They are professional and great to deal with. When I did the financing Trina Bannister went over all the details very thoroughly and made things easy to understand. Overall I would recommend Murray to everyone I know.
