I needed my A/C fixed on my 2013 Chevy Cruze. Rennie was very good at explaining what the problem was and he listened to my concerns. Every time I have come to Murray to have my car serviced Rennie has always greeted me with respect and has welcomed me in a very positive way!

A piece of rubber trim is missing off the drivers side roof. I was quoted a diagnosis at 39.95 would be required plus the strip and installation. A diagnosis? This is ridiculous. I priced out the part elsewhere it is $19.00 and change. I can glue it on myself. I also asked for a quote on damage to the left front fender (end cap). I was quoted on the end cap plus additional parts. When I asked for an explanation your staff complied and came out to the vehicle to explain the additional requirements. Upon review of the bumper, it was obvious the additional parts where added on unnecessarily. This was explained, "if this was an autopac claim you could get the additional repairs done". I indicated it was not an autopac claim as I had caused the damage myself. I was extremely disappointed to know that Murray will "beef up autopac claims". This is the type of "business" that gives car sales a bad name. By the way Dave and I make decisions/purchases together. The truck is actually my vehicle. Rennie as usual was very helpful, courteous, and willing to help and answer any questions. When the car was finished he gave me a call so I knew I could come and pick it up. I always like dealing with Rennie and have for many years.

Our experience at Murray Chev was not overwhelming as vehicle purchasing can potentially be that. We were dealt with in a calm and fair manner. We were given professional advice throughout the entire process and not once did we feel uncertain about our purchase.
