Quoted wrong price for service over the phone, all boxes for fluids ticked off but washer fluid empty as light came on when driving home - charged for this but service wasn't done. How can one trust the other fluid levels were checked and topped off? When I made my concern known to the service manager (Todd I believe) he apologized and that was it. Nothing was offered to rectify the situation except to say "you can come back and we can fill it" - not suitable as I live 40 mins away from this service centre. I have leased 3 vehicles with this dealership. Service continues to go down hill each visit. Honda used to provide car wash coupons after all services - this doesn't happen any more. Not impressed at all with this service centre.

I had to reschedule my appointment and did so for the following Monday. I spoke to a gentleman who said he had booked me for a 10:30 appointment. I called that morning to confirm it was a wait while the work was being performed appointment only to find they did not book me in as I had been told the following Monday. I was then rescheduled for the next following Monday by which time we had a snow storm and it was very difficult to drive with out the tire swap that was supposed to take place before the snow came. Had I not called to check if it was a wait while the work is done appointment I would’ve gone there for nothing. Very disappointed to be told I have an appointment to find out the day of I don’t.

The technician response to my urgent request was so considering and understanding and reflecting Honda caring for the clients I was feeling it’s impossible but Mcloud the Honda guy made it ! Was really fantastic experience

I bought a used car that had a serious engine problem within a few months after buying it. Honda took care of it and solved the problem.

Dealing with Dylan and the very efficient and pleasant team at Crown Honda is always a pleasure. They made it an absolute effortless and hassle free experience. We were there to trade in our pilot to a new 2022 Pilot- and it was the most seamless, professional service experience I have ever had! Love my vehicle- and we are looking to Dylan and Crown Honda to help us find the right vehicle for our son in the next couple months.

Good deal, paid more than we had hoped, but James followed through with his promise of replacing the windshield two weeks later, gave us a free rental for the day while we waited, and all expenses were covered.

Upon purchasing my vehicle from Toyota I had great service, and was very impressed. Apparently it ended there, they made the sale, since then it has been horrible. 1. Promises were made that never came to be, 2 I had brought my car in to change the tires and they forgot my lug nut key (I understand these things happen) however I called to confirm it was there and they said yes so I had to drive back across the city, and upon asking the service desk they had no idea what i was talking about and ended up giving me a lug nut key that was clearly not mine. 3. Sorry if I should have known that after having tires changed you should bring them back to retorque. (No one has ever mentioned it to me). My car was making a huge noise so took it to my mechanic and they told me one more highway drive and I would have lost a wheel as the lugs were all loose. Wth??? I’ll never go back for service to this dealerahip.
