Dealing with Dylan and the very efficient and pleasant team at Crown Honda is always a pleasure. They made it an absolute effortless and hassle free experience. We were there to trade in our pilot to a new 2022 Pilot- and it was the most seamless, professional service experience I have ever had! Upon purchasing my vehicle from Toyota I had great service, and was very impressed. Apparently it ended there, they made the sale, since then it has been horrible. 1. Promises were made that never came to be, 2 I had brought my car in to change the tires and they forgot my lug nut key (I understand these things happen) however I called to confirm it was there and they said yes so I had to drive back across the city, and upon asking the service desk they had no idea what i was talking about and ended up giving me a lug nut key that was clearly not mine. 3. Sorry if I should have known that after having tires changed you should bring them back to retorque. (No one has ever mentioned it to me). My car was making a huge noise so took it to my mechanic and they told me one more highway drive and I would have lost a wheel as the lugs were all loose. Wth??? I’ll never go back for service to this dealerahip.

Missing all caps, super fast tire change

The service provided was incomplete. Tires were changed fast that is a good point. All 4 caps from tires were missing /not replaced and the cube was not even cleaned.

The service person was good. The work done by the technician was terrible. The technician missed three very obvious problems with my vehicle. Your quotes for repairing one of the problems was outrageous
