Misleading and costly.

Was given a weak explanation of warranty and got an extremely smug attitude from service manager. Also confusion and hesitance from counter service.

I was there for a caravan, the service given by #Derryck Turcotte was truely professional and he was really polite and friendly. If anybody wants a vehicle go directly to him. I am so happy to recommend him.

My car was in for routine maintenance as well as an oil change. I was notified prior to any work being done of the wear to my brakes and Rikki, the Service Advisor priced out the parts for me so that I could make an informed decision as to the repairs.
