My car was in for routine maintenance as well as an oil change. I was notified prior to any work being done of the wear to my brakes and Rikki, the Service Advisor priced out the parts for me so that I could make an informed decision as to the repairs.

3 years ago I got a car from a different lot claiming it was certified, it ended up costing me roughly 7k in repairs, it ended up becoming a money pit Fast forward to today im driving a beautiful Honda CRV LX, perfect amount of space for my family, I needed a new car and told the salesman the dire need I was in and they delivered %110. Once I'm done with this vehicle in the future, I certainly will come back here. P.S. I never give 5/5 😅
