I have had good experience at tis dealer. They appear to be trying hard to treat you like a customer ...which is hard to do consistently. decisions are made by staff that take in everyone's best interest. Nice to see. 4 out of 5 to leave room for improvement only. I don't do many 5's.

Had brakes replaced, brought jeep back as they were squeaking.... checked cleaned and still squeaking... 1252$

A month ago, I brought my Jeep in for brakes. Rotors, pads replaces all around. Next morning I did a medium brake application and they squealed. Called and made an appointment to have that checked. They heard a squeal during the test driver, told me they took apart and checked. Test drive ok. I've had my jeep a couple of weeks and I'm still getting brake noise and squeaks when braking harder than normal and when backing up. I would really like this fixed!!!!

A smiling welcome. Many offers for water, coffee etc. 3 people checking to make sure we were looked after and all this in a short 10 minute wait. Someone walking around with sanitizer and cleaning everything (seemed like this was her job). Super kind and caring salesman (Derryck) and same with the credit manager. Just wow! No gimmicks, no nonsense. Great vehicle buying experience!

Bought a new Ram at Laurentian Chrysler after searching for months for the perfect unit. Derek worked hard to find the one I wanted and brought it in on dealer trade. The promotion on at the time was employee Pricing so there was not much room for negotiation but the process was fair and transparent. Brad Heinrichs was the finance manager on the deal and he was also an excellent person to deal with. The pricing sheet was simple to understand. There were no hidden fees. Overalll a great experience.

What can I say, I could not ask for more. Amy greeted me with a smile and listened to my concerns. She took time to ask questions to be sure she understood what I was trying to say. Once the vehicle was checked out, she called me and explained what they had found and what the problem was. The Jeep was repaired and I drove home with a smile thinking how lucky I was to get Amy as my service rep. I will return and recommend Laurentian Chrysler for any service requirements needed in the future.
