Great Experience.

I had a great experience with Bytek and Attila. They took care of licensing the vehicle for me, dealing with my trade in, having my insurance switched over to reflect a different vehicle. The whole process required very little time/work on my part and the price was extremely fair. Bytek has been great to deal with.

Christian helped me get the car I wanted. He explained everything that had to do with buying the car. All the steps were clearly indicated. It was not stressful like I imagined it. My first car buying experience was pleasant! I'm happy with the service that was provided. The only thing I am still uncertain on is how the warranty works. I will inform myself shortly. Thank you!

I was looking for a fast turn around but I had very specific needs. I sent an email to Bytek after hours with my request and David responded to me first thing in the morning. By noon he had the car parked in front of the sales office ready for me to inspect and test drive. He was very knowledgeable about the VW Golf Wagon TDi and other cars in the VW fleet and answered all of my questions with ease and confidence. We closed the lease deal the same day and my car was PDI'ed, plated, and ready to drive off the lot in just a few days. After walking me through some of the subtleties of the stereo system he assured me that if I had any questions after I left I could call him back. I had a post sales issue a week later to do with a minor defect which he resolved within moments of my walking back through the door. Bytek sales and service are top notch and David sets a good example.

My first service to have a complementary change of tires (all-season to winter) was great too. They even changed my windshield wipers for free when I mentioned they weren't working properly.
