tell people that if you are selling rental cars

i was suppose to get call from general sales manager, he hasnt returned back to me yet. Also I left a voice mail as well. Once i am back in th city i will surely follow up. Because u never told me that u sold me a rental car to which I was very clear tha I dont wany rentals or accidental cars.

We are having trouble connecting to discuss the customer's concern. I have called the customer's phone number numerous times and the call is not picked. The voicemail is full meaning I am unable to leave a message. We also mailed the customer a letter recently asking him to get in touch. I have reviewed the purchase with our staff and have confirmed that the Carproof report which discloses the history of the car was reviewed and signed off by the customer. I have also confirmed with the salesperson and sales manager involved in the purchase that the customer did not mention that purchasing a vehicle that had not been a rental unit previously was important to him. Al Luff was a pleasure to deal with. He didn't pressure us or give us deadlines like other Hyundai dealers did. He was a professional but he was very approachable. He was up front about everything, there were no surprises and he made our experience fun and painless. Being our first NEW car purchase, he gave us all the info we needed to make an informed decision on what we wanted and needed. I would buy another car from Al for sure. Scott Mullan was also very nice and did not pressure us. He also provide many options and explained everything without being pushy. It was an all around great experience.
