Just bought a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe XL from Tony Dang and Daniel. Very happy with both their service. Tony was very knowledgable and did a great job of going through the vehicle with us and making sure we felt comfortable with everything, he was as very friendly and i never felt any pressure from him to buy a certain vehicle and he did a great job of listening to our needs. Thank you to the entire staff for making this purchase an easy one.

I can honestly say this is the worst place I have ever bought a car from. Service is so bad. Had my car towed in for Scheduled appointment. When calling in for a update I kept getting transferred to voicemail. Finally 4 calls later someone asked if I even brought the car in. I was then told that they haven't started on it. They then told me they were hoping to get started in the morning. I have had other experiences with service having to replace my transmission claiming it was replaced. This was after having 3 different service appointments on the same problem but it still isn't fixed. I am not from town and I asked that they call me so I can extend my holidays if it wasn't going to be fixed but guess what nobody called me back. Stay far away from this place.

Not impressed at all. I had my car towed to the service department after I was unable to start it. I called in the morning when the service department opened and was transferred to multiple people before I was able to get any kind of service. I was told that they would get to my car when they could but that there were no guarantees and that it could take several days and possibly wouldn't be looked at this week. When I asked if making an appointment to get my car looked at would be better they said that they were already booking into May. When I bought the car from the same dealership I was told that if ever there was a problem all I had to do was drive my car up to the service doors and it would be attended to. Apparently this is not true. Instead of waiting I had my car towed to another mechanic. They fixed the issues the same day and I was able to pick up my car a couple hours after dropping it off.

Replaced rear bushings again and front strut. It would appear that there are issues with the struts and bushings as very few kilometres on vehicle Seems vehicles are not built as well and what happens when off warranty.

As the visit was for an oil change, and also an application for the gas rebate, the work was done as well as filling up the questions for the rebate, in good timing.

I received various calls /messages that were for other Hyundai clients to inform them that their cars were ready for pick-up. Also, I was told that my warantee would expire, which was not true. However, I had to go through my paperwork to verify this (and also brought in my car for one last tune-up assuming I should listen to representative who told me warrantee was up). I am also disappointed that I have had to wait quite a while to hear back from management (I called 4 times before being informed I was going to receive a complimentary oil change and have yet to receive a letter or email confirming this).
