The staff at Murray Hyundai, specifically Warren, were incredible in helping us lease our first car in Canada. throughout the entire process Murray was professional, knowlegable and very friendly and at no point did it feel like we were getting the hard sell. When it came to arranging the lease they made it very easy and helped us every step of the way, understanding our financial position in that we had just moved to Canada and explaining everything thoroughly. i would recommend Warren and Murray Hyundai to anyone looking to lease or purchase a new vehicle.

Purchase of new vehicle plus install of accessories

Mario was great and was a pleasure to deal with on this purchase! My only issue is that when I asked to purchase a bunch of accessories, Mario quoted me a price (which was dealer cost) and that is what I was expecting to pay. However, when I went to service with an appointment (I might add) to get it all installed I was charged slightly more than the quote PLUS an extra fee of approx $60 which apparently is a percentage of the work order that gets tacked on to the total! I was pretty angry about this because I was told exactly what my bill would be and it wasn't that! I was also quite upset at service because even though I made an appointment to do this work, I had to wait over 30 minutes just to check in (behind all of the people that were "walk-ins"..........not professional! Why bother making appointments? This install was also supposed to take about an hour as well and they had my car for over 3 hours. Not impressed! Now my car needs a service, but I think I will be doing it elsewhere.

I recently leased a 2017 Hyundai from Murray Hyundai and dealt with Tony. I was referred to Tony from a family member and was very pleased with the experience. He was helpful and friendly and was great and making sure I understood every step of the process. I could not have been happier with Tony and my new car!

David did a great job of engaging me and promoting the merits of buying a new Santa Fe to replace my previous one. What I appreciated most was his attentiveness and obvious desire to find out what it would take to make me happy and ultimately make the sale. This was huge for me as I had been considering another brand but did not feel that the salesperson there was interested in doing business with me and I was very taken back by the arrogance he displayed while trying to push his product. Of course, David had the advantage going in because I loved the service I had received throughout the time I owned the Santa Fe that I traded in as part of this deal.
