Had a good experience with Ron. He seems very knowledgeable and doesn't talk down to someone he is dealing with. Very efficient as well.

I was surprised at the cost of an oil change ($100), it would've been cheaper for Cat. 1 Service which included more features. I've always been told the Quick Lube is a fast service, but took about an hour from the time I dropped it off to the time I rec'd a p/u call. I'm pondering going else were for "just and oil change" or just do it myself.

Made a few trips to the dealership to pickup our TV from sales promotion, seems no one went to Visions to pick it up. I ended up going myself so that I knew we had it. This was NOT Al's fault as he had notified management a couple of times, even told us that he had seen the purchase order.

I always go to Hyundai for maintenance and oil change, or for little doubts. It is always delightful to see Ron because I know that he will solve my problems and will not overlook things that require attention.. Ron always suggests what requires immediate attention and what could be done in the next appointments and is not pushy. Once I heard some rattling noise when I am driving, I drove into Hyundai without booking an appointment. As soon as I entered the bay, Ron already knew why I was there and within minutes, he already had the problem solved. It was the screws on the rim that were loose. Although it wasn't his fault, Ron was quite apologetic because I just got my tires changes a few days ago at Hyundai. Ron is always courteous and he always makes sure that someone else looks after my car before the end of his shift, if he were not there when I picked up the care. And that was a very different experience at Toyota, where we had to hunt and waited around for usually 1h to find out who serviced our car and where that person could be contacted.

I came in for a recall and an oil change. At this time I was greeted with a warm and welcome hello. Prompt and organized and very accommodating, Jessica made me feel confident my car was being taken care of. After, she went through what I needed to get done to my car and what should be done first... After talking with the mechanic. I really trust her and appreciate that she works so hard to give the best client care.

1. I said I needed the vehicle back for lunch before I even made the appointment and didn't get a call until 11:30 with a list of other reccomended work. I did not get the vehicle back until after lunch. 2. In the list of reccomended work was a tire repair which I did agree to being done and thought was done because the amount I paid was more than I expected. I didn't find out the repair wasn't completed until my husband noticed the tire was flat. I checked the receipt and the extra charges were for parts. I figured that I would just keep filling the tire until I could het it repaired in a couple weeks when I was bringing it back in anyways. 3. I brought it back in and was told I drove around on it flat too long so it was too damaged to be repaired and was going to need to be replaced cistin 10x as much. 4. The first time I brought it in I wanted the remote starter keys fixed. You replaced the battery which I paid for but that did not fix them. You had to fix them the next time I came in.
