I just drove home in my first brand new 2015 Honda Civic EX and couldn't be more happy. Joe was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything about the car in terms that I could understand. Martha took the time to explain all the financial aspects of getting a new car and set me up so that I felt comfortable in my decision. Everyone was welcoming and I will be back when its time to upgrade in the future!

We recently turned our lease in early with our CRV to trade-up for a new 2015 CRV. Boris our sales associate was very helpful with this process. He took the time to show us all the new improvements with the newer model. Boris was also very patient when we had to reschedule the test drive several times due to snow storms! I appreciated his knowledge and enthusiasm. Sandra also made our sale as quick and easy as possible-I highly recommend Henley Honda for service that is friendly and sincere! Thanks guys!

He took the time to show us all the new improvements with the newer model. I bought my first (new) car from Boris in September 2014. His product knowledge is impressive in and of itself, but what made the experience 5 Stars for me was Boris's sincerity and genuine enthusiasm during the whole process. He was supportive from start-to-finish, offered honest and direct advice, planned a thorough (and fun!) test-drive, and earned my trust and appreciation completely. This is a guy who loves what he does, and it shows in the way he approaches his loyal customers. Sandra in the F&I office was also extremely positive, and made me feel relaxed in what I saw as an intimidating part of the car-buying process! And the rest of the team? Every member of staff in the building (from reception to service) made me feel welcome, comfortable, and properly caffeinated (love that complimentary coffee). Thanks everyone! I love my civic!!

Never again will we shop at Henley Honda. We went in there telling our sales guy exactly what we needed and what we could afford. He showed us a vehicle, we liked it. We moved over to financing. Here's where it gets fun. This is the same woman we dealt with 3 years ago when we bought our CRV. She was impossible to get a hold of then, she never listened to what we said we needed or wanted. I remember emailing the owner and getting brushed off. 3 years later I thought maybe she had improved at her job. Nope. It takes 6-10 attempts, average, to get a hold of her (this often over the course of a week). She with-holds information and now when she just FINALLY called us to explain our payments and, I assume, set up time to come finalizing everything, the deal is NOT what we said we wanted and what she said we'd be getting. The payments are approx $400 more a month than what we said we could afford. And she is trying to sit there on the phone and cover her butt and lie about what she told us. Claiming she told us all of this stuff all along, even tried to pass the buck onto the sales guy saying he claims he told us this information (which he didn't). Neither my husband or I have ever heard these numbers or this scenario out of ANYONE'S mouths from Henley Honda. I am sitting here pregnant with twins and have twice had to deal with stomach pains from the stress this woman has been putting us through. As I type this the pains are coming back again. I have never in my life been treated so poorly by people who want my money. Honda is lucky their cars are so great because we WILL be sticking with Honda as a company but never again will we be dealing with Henley Honda.
