Looking for a new car or truck? Well look no further. First I was greeted by reception with a friendly smile and hello. I had the pleasure of dealing with Erin, what an experience that was. Great personality, knowledgeable and makes you feel completely at home. I decided to trade in my 2012 Honda CRV for a 2014 Ridgeline Touring Edition. As we were heading outside to have a look I had the pleasure of meeting Ed & Dawson both very nice guys. I later met with Martha who had all the paperwork in order and ready for me to sign on the dotted line. I would like to add, the service department is great as well. Whenever I took my CRV in for regular maintenance I was always greeted with a smile and car was ready when I was told it would be. You will never regret walking in the door at Henley Honda with all the very knowledgeable and friendly sales people and fantastic owner Alex Digenis. Henley Honda is always giving back to the community from toy drives, to Tyler’s Warmth – providing warm clothes to those in need, food collection for community care plus many more. Thanks guys!!

My boyfriend and I were looking for a new vehicle and we had a Honda Civic previously. Before we had dealt with Hamburg Honda in Niagara Falls and did not have the best experience so we decided to try Henley Honda. Upon arrival, we were introduced to Erin Sammy who was fabulous! He was very charismatic and VERY knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in (2015 Honda Touring). He answered every question we had and took his time showing us the inside and outside of the vehicle before, during and after our test drive. Once the deal was in place, we were sent to the financial department to speak with Sandra Schincarol who was equally wonderful. Her bubbly personality was engaging and she helped us through the entire process. All the paperwork for my car had to be done while I was on Christmas vacation and she corresponded with me and my mother through email to ensure everything would be set to go upon my return. When it came time to pick up the car, Erin came in on his day off and spent almost two hours with us finalizing the transaction. The car, staff and overall experience definitely exceeded my expectations. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or a used car :)

When dealing with Henley Honda this year I was introduced to Boris Cvijeticanin. On that day I had gone to a couple of other dealerships but none of them were as straight to the point and knowledgeable about their cars as Boris. He had shown me the performance of the car by doing the dynamic test, which was very informative. This dynamic test showed me how the car would handle in different scenarios and terrains, also Boris explained and illustrated the different gadgets and buttons that the car has. Overall it was a great experience with Boris from Henley Honda.

What a class act company. Omar Ahmed was extremly helpful and really made me feel comfortable when picking out me new Honda Fit. And when it came to financing, I really appreciated that tact professionalism, and personal touch that Sandra Schincariol made me feel. I've dealt with my share of dealerships in the past, and the service/help I received at Henley Honda is definitely the best I've experienced. The salesperson (Dawson) was extremely helpful, and it doesn't end at the completion of the sale --- the post-purchase assistance is much appreciated. What I was surprised with most about the great customer service is that we got a corporate/employee discount (a family member works at Honda), so the dealership/salesperson didn't even make a commission. I could have walked into any dealership and got an 'at-cost' price on the car I wanted (2015 CR-V), but the service I received by Dawson was both amazing and unexpected.
