I would give a 10 star rating if it was an option. These guys will jump through hoops to make your experience at Palladino exceptional. Friendly service and they make you feel at home. A big thank you to Jordan (sales), Michael (finance) for understanding my quick purchase needs and there hard work even when some difficulties evolved. We look forward to seeing you soon. P.S I think I have Ana convinced on Honda LOL, Thanks again and Cheers to Ya's

They don't recodition used cars well. Not fixing some small damages and insist low engine coolant level is alright…Yes they're selling certified pre-owned cars with a DENT ON BUMPER Update: Just got to know that there were couple of stone chips that can make the car fail in safety check, They still delivered to me. Which means THEY DON'T DO SAFETY CHECK on used cars!

They were courteous and greeted us with respect. They too k the time to listen to what I wanted as a vehicle. They didn’t rush me into a decision until I was ready to make one.

I had my first oil change at Palladino Honda last week and it was a great experience from a-z. I appreciated the reminder phone call/email I received the day before my appointment. Upon entering Honda Amy greeted me with a smile and everything was quick. I waited at the dealership and enjoyed a complimentary beverage as other staff continued to stop by and ensure I was happy. Once my oil change was complete I received a phone call and was on my way. Overall 10/10 experience.
